In February, our programming focuses on benchmark workouts.
A benchmark WOD is considered a workout standard across CrossFit allowing you to compare your progress against others. A lot of benchmark workouts are named after women, in a similar way that storms are named (for example storm Corrie last week 😜). Meet the girls: Fran, Diane, Grace, Cindy, Annie, and many more!
