General
On the 21st of April 2024, S.C.A. Fortis will host the second official Fortis Throwdown! The event will take place at Crossfit Nuldertien in Tilburg from 13:00 untill 17:00. The competition features 2 divisions: RX and scaled. The outcome of the qualifier WOD on the day itself decides in which division you will participate.
Location

Qualifier
The qualifier of the second Fortis Throwdown will take place during the event. The first WOD will be the qualifier workout, after which each team will perform two WODs within their division.
Teams
Each team can consist of any gender composition: FF, FM and MM and all teams compete directly against each other within 1 Division. Participants can expect 50% heavier weights for Males than Females.
Registration
Participants can register in pairs as a Buddy team (FF/FM/MM). If you do not have a buddy yet, just let us know! We’ll make sure that you will be paired up with someone that suits your level! The costs for registration are 20 euro per person.
